Supernatural
What is Supernatural?
The official FAQ describes Supernatural as a Meta Quest VR fitness service in which professional coaches guide workouts mapped to music in destinations around the world. It identifies Flow Cardio, Boxing, recovery, and mindfulness sessions as part of the service. Supernatural’s official FAQ
Workout modes
- Flow: strike targets to music while following lower-body movements such as squats and lunges, with a professional coach guiding the workout. Official FAQ
- Boxing: music-synced targets and obstacles teach punches including jabs, crosses, hooks, uppercuts, and blocks; the FAQ also describes dodging and defensive movements. Official FAQ
- Supernatural Together: the FAQ describes real-time team workouts with friends or other athletes, including teams of up to three people. Official FAQ
- Stretch and meditation: coach-led stretch sessions and guided or non-guided meditation sessions are listed as additional workout and recovery formats. Official FAQ
Verified platform and access distinction
- Native standalone Meta Quest: the official FAQ says Supernatural is compatible with Meta Quest 2, Meta Quest 3S, Meta Quest 3, and Meta Quest Pro. It also says setup uses the Supernatural app on the Meta Quest device plus a smartphone companion app. Official hardware FAQ
- Country availability: the official FAQ says the service currently supports users in the United States and Canada, and that support in other countries is still in development. This does not establish availability elsewhere. Official FAQ
- PCVR/Steam: the official Meta page and official FAQ describe the Meta Quest service, and no official Steam or other PCVR edition was verified in those sources. Do not treat the Meta Quest service as a native PCVR game or infer that PC streaming is supported.
- Console VR: the official Meta page and official FAQ identify Meta Quest as the platform; no official console VR edition was verified in the sources checked.
Current status
Meta’s official Supernatural page says the current Supernatural experience is winding down on December 3, 2026. The same notice says Supernatural’s coaches and founders have started Supernatural Health, an independent company launching a new Supernatural service, and links to a wishlist for that future service. The page does not establish that the new service is already available or that it is a separate currently playable release. Official Meta announcement
Availability and service-transition checks
Before starting or renewing a subscription, check both the FAQ and Meta's transition notice. The FAQ currently lists the United States and Canada as supported countries, while Meta says the current experience is winding down on December 3, 2026. The announcement describes a future independent Supernatural service but does not establish when it will become available, whether subscriptions or user data will carry over, or which devices it will support. Do not assume uninterrupted access across the transition. Supernatural's official FAQ · Meta's transition notice.
