Terms of Use

Last updated: 15 October 2026

These terms explain ordinary, responsible use of VRHow. By using the site, you agree to follow these terms and applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the site or its tools.

What VRHow provides

VRHow publishes informational material about virtual-reality headsets, games, PC compatibility, hardware, setup and troubleshooting, comparisons, and interactive browser-based tools and demonstrations. The site is intended for general information and education, not as a substitute for a manufacturer's current instructions or individualized technical advice.

Permitted use

You may browse the site and use its tools for lawful personal or informational purposes. You may link to public VRHow pages. If you quote or reuse material beyond what applicable law permits, identify VRHow as the source and obtain permission where required. Do not imply that VRHow endorses you or your product.

Acceptable use of the site and tools

Do not use VRHow to break the law, interfere with the site or other visitors, bypass security controls, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, or make automated requests that place an unreasonable burden on the service. Do not misuse interactive tools or treat their estimates as a guarantee. The site may limit or block access when reasonably necessary to protect its operation or visitors.

Content and intellectual property

VRHow's original writing, graphics, code, and site design are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. The VRHow name, mascot, and logos identify the site and may not be presented as your own. Headset, game, publisher, and platform names, marks, specifications, and linked documents belong to their respective owners. A link or factual reference does not transfer ownership or imply endorsement.

Accuracy, estimates and simulations

Specifications, compatibility requirements, software support, prices and product availability can change. Compatibility outputs are estimates based on the information and assumptions described by the relevant tool; they are not a live benchmark or a promise of performance. Interactive labs may use simplified calculations or visual simulations rather than measurements from physical equipment. Verify important decisions against current manufacturer or publisher documentation. More detail appears in the Disclaimer.

Availability and changes

VRHow may add, revise, suspend, or remove pages and tools, correct errors, or change how the site works. The site may be unavailable because of maintenance, network issues, or circumstances outside the operator's control. No particular feature or uninterrupted availability is promised.

Third-party websites

External links are provided for convenience and reference. VRHow does not control third-party sites, their content, products, policies, or availability. Visiting or buying from another site is your decision and is governed by that site's terms.

Disclaimers and limits

The site and its content are provided for general information and, where permitted by law, without a promise that every item is complete, current, uninterrupted, or suitable for a particular purpose. To the extent applicable law permits, VRHow is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the site. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a right, remedy, or liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited, including any non-waivable consumer protection.

Changes and contact

These terms may be updated as the website changes. The date above indicates the latest revision. Questions about using VRHow can be sent to contact@vrhow.com; technical issues can be sent to support@vrhow.com.
