What this tracker does—and doesn’t do
- It does: keep dated observations that you enter, show a simple change from your own previous comparable entry, filter your log, and export a CSV copy.
- It does not: monitor stores, check stock, discover discounts, validate URLs, estimate a fair price or send notifications. There is no backend price database.
- Storage: when available, the browser’s
localStoragekeeps data for this site origin and browser profile across sessions. Browser settings can block or clear it; private sessions may discard it. Storage behavior for pages opened directly as local files is not guaranteed. Export a CSV backup if you want to keep a copy.
