Pico enterprise headsets: Neo3, G3 and PICO 4E

Short answer: PICO’s business range is separate from its consumer PICO 4 and PICO 4 Ultra pages. The verified enterprise family includes the 3DoF PICO G3, 6DoF Neo3 series, PICO 4 Enterprise (PICO 4E), and PICO 4 Ultra Enterprise. These are sold and supported through PICO Business channels rather than being consumer models with an assumed business warranty. Last checked October 11, 2026.

Which models count as enterprise?

PICO’s own Business Device Manager documentation names six enterprise-device entries: PICO Neo3 Enterprise, Neo3 Pro, Neo3 Pro Eye, PICO 4 Enterprise, PICO 4 Ultra Enterprise, and PICO G3. The current PICO Business home page presents the G3, PICO Neo3 and PICO 4 Ultra Enterprise as its headline products, while the Device Manager documentation still lists the earlier PICO 4 Enterprise and Neo3 variants. That difference is important: a model appearing in documentation is not proof that a new unit is still sold in every country.

Business software, deployment and support

The enterprise distinction is operational as much as hardware-based. PICO says the 4E and Ultra Enterprise support the PICO Business Store, Business Suite and third-party mobile-device-management services. Its Business Device Manager documentation describes status checks, remote reboot/shutdown/wipe/factory reset, configurable settings, content and LBE-map deployment, kiosk home screens, SSO, roles and access, teams, logs and security certificates. PICO also says Business Suite is free for PICO Business devices; Device Manager is a separate paid service.

The current pricing page lists Device Manager at $9 per device per month or $99 per year, but that page should not be read as a universal local price: PICO’s fee document lists different regional rates—€9/€99 in the EU, £8/£89 in the UK, ¥1,299/¥13,999 in Japan and $9/$99 in Korea. PICO says enterprise devices receive a free trial subject to its policy, then customers must contact PICO Business or an authorized distributor to continue. If licenses expire, existing content can remain usable on-device, but platform control and deployment are restricted.

For PC-based enterprise content, PICO’s Business Streaming documentation lists SteamVR, OpenXR and Windows desktop streaming over Wi-Fi or USB. It requires Windows 10 22H2 or later, a VR-ready PC for SteamVR, and a 5 GHz-capable gigabit router for Wi-Fi streaming. The same document lists PICO Neo3, PICO 4 Enterprise and PICO 4 Ultra Enterprise for its 2025/2026 releases. These are software requirements, not a claim that every business app or every Pico model has identical PC compatibility.

Prices and regional availability

PICO’s current global Business pricing page lists the PICO 4 Ultra Enterprise at $850 MSRP for a 12 GB/256 GB version and $1,199 MSRP for a 16 GB/256 GB version, the G3 (128 GB) at $480, and the Neo3 at $580. These are labeled MSRP, not a confirmed delivered price, tax-inclusive price or promise of stock in a particular country. PICO’s 2022 launch announcement for PICO 4 Enterprise said pre-orders would begin November 1, 2022, general availability in early December, and initial purchase through selected EMEA countries, Australia and New Zealand partners. It also described local sales teams, warehouses and native-language support.

There is a source conflict to preserve rather than smooth over: the Ultra Enterprise product page describes a 12 GB RAM configuration, while PICO’s current pricing page lists both 12 GB and 16 GB configurations. Treat the configuration and local price as a quote-to-confirm item. PICO’s official pages also do not establish a US consumer retail launch for these enterprise SKUs. Contact PICO Business or an authorized regional distributor for current stock, support coverage, taxes, warranty and any country-specific MDM terms.

How this differs from the consumer Pico page

The separate PICO 4 and PICO 4 Ultra page covers consumer headsets and their consumer-market launch history. This page does not treat those models as enterprise devices merely because they can run VR software. PICO’s own comparison article describes the PICO 4 as a home-user product and the PICO 4 Enterprise as a business product with different app-store, sideloading, device-management and business-setting capabilities. Availability, support and management should therefore be checked against the business SKU and the buyer’s region.
